Durham Boxing Academy: KO Conditioning

An intense 30 minute workout (Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm-5pm), if you’re pressed for time or you just want a quick workout that will leave you feeling exhilarated! Work through a variety of circuits hitting your upper and lower body.

Tuesday & Thursday our KO Conditioning class runs for 45 minutes with a focus on Strength Training. Squats, Deadlifts and a variety of Presses will be a staple in this class. This a great Strength & Conditioning class. Reserve your space online as only 8 participants can attend the Tuesday & Thursday class.
